If you knew my mom, you knew that she had a gift of hospitality. This time of year, you could find her hosting her and my dad’s 11th & 12th grade Sunday school class for a night of food and games to celebrate Christmas. In the fall, you could find her hosting a tailgate before one of my football games that I cheered at or one of my brother’s band competitions. At either place, you could usually find her peanut butter dip. It’s become one of my staples, too, because it’s easy AND delicious. Great combination!
Ingredients:
- 1 container of vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 of an 8 oz. container of cool whip
All you do is simply mix these ingredients together! It’s delicious served with pretzels or apples (or just to eat by itself!). My mom left me with many things, and I am so thankful that some of those things are simple and yummy recipes such as this one!
I hope that you all have a merry Christmas!
