Humble Roots by Hannah Anderson- I just recently finished this one. If you’re feeling worn out, this one is for you.
Karen Kingsbury- Not a title, but an author. I love most all of her books, but her Baxter family books are my favorite. She’s my favorite to take to the beach (because being on the beach with a good book is definitely one of my favorite things).
Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers- Probably my all time favorite book. It’s a story of exactly what the title says, the redeeming love of Jesus.
For grocery shopping…
Aldi- It’s SO cheap! Literally, I can get groceries for about half the price of what I would at another store.
Target- For so many reasons, of course. But practically, I love their diapers, and that I can get them delivered to my doorstep (thanks Red card for the 5% off and free shipping!).
For my kids…
The Jesus Storybook Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones- This Bible is easy for kids to understand, but my favorite part about it is it points every single part of Scripture back to Jesus.
The Biggest Story and The Biggest Story ABC by Kevin DeYoung- These books teach how the Bible is really one big narrative. I think it’s good for us adults to learn about/remember too!
